01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between bet5555 (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bet5555 website and associated gaming services (the "Platform"). • "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on bet5555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. bet5555 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.

bet5555 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal. bet5555 also reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Player at any stage of the account relationship, including requesting additional identity documents, proof of address, or source of funds documentation.

04 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the bet5555 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bet5555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. bet5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;

• There is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity in connection with the Account;
• The KYC verification process has not been satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe;
• The Account is being operated by a third party other than the registered account holder.

Upon Account closure by the Operator for cause, bet5555 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the Account pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been derived from prohibited activity, it may be forfeited in its entirety.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bet5555 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet5555 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bet5555 accepts no liability.

Supported Payment Methods:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and used for a prior deposit on the Account. bet5555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods, or persons other than the registered Account holder. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification prior to processing.

bet5555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence, including requests for source of funds documentation, where bet5555 considers this necessary for compliance or regulatory purposes.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bet5555 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who hold a fully registered and verified bet5555 Account.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn and do not count toward the real-money balance until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• bet5555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event that a bonus is cancelled after crediting but before the wagering requirement is met, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be removed from the Account.

• Abuse of promotional offers, including bonus abuse, multi-accounting for promotional gain, or collusion to exploit promotions, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and Account closure.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bet5555 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, bet5555's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

With respect to cricket betting and other sports markets specifically:

• All bets are accepted subject to the displayed odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Operator. bet5555 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game session, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

08 Prohibited Activities
